Refund Policy

Digital Products ($97 and $297)
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at team@apex-flow.madethis.app within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund: Email team@apex-flow.madethis.app with your order details (name, email used at checkout, and purchase date). Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Done With You Program ($997)
Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been completed. After the kickoff session has been conducted, refunds are not available. If you have concerns about the quality of service, please contact us first — we will work to resolve the issue.
